SPECIAL PROJECTS

Driven by the pursuit of perfection, PALCCO (Palacio de la Cultura y la Comunicación) is a multifunctional cultural complex that sets new standards in architectural beauty and acoustic excellence. Located in Guadalajara, Mexico, this visionary project integrates art, music, dance, and communication within a breathtaking structure that attracts international events and establishes the city as a leading cultural destination.

PALCCO's design masterfully balances functionality and aesthetics. Spanning a total area of 21,210 m² with 38,800 m² of construction, its unique contours and acoustic features create a space that captivates both the senses and the spirit. The building houses music and dance academies, a conference hall, and 12,000 m² dedicated to artistic exhibitions. Additionally, its 3,627 parking spaces ensure visitor accessibility. With an investment of $40 million and five years of construction, PALCCO not only fulfills its role as a cultural hub but also enables Guadalajara to host world-class events.

Designed with three distinct areas—an access plaza, an outdoor amphitheater, and the main building—PALCCO is a space where the melodies of the soul resonate, offering a blend of cultural diversity and advanced telecommunications technology. From outdoor theaters to exclusive restaurants, this venue enhances the artistic landscape of Guadalajara, meeting the city’s essential cultural needs.
