7001 BURNET ROAD

AUSTIN, TEXAS

2019

MIXED USE

The building is a testament to forward-thinking design, centered around five key architectural principles that promote both community and sustainability. Its thoughtful division into distinct spaces showcases a harmonious blend of contemporary aesthetics and functional versatility, all while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding environment.

The project embraces the principles of urban connection, future adaptability, and architectural harmony. Designed to serve not only its current purpose but also to allow for future re-use, the building blends modern and local architectural styles, creating an inviting atmosphere for interaction. It is divided into three unique sections: Building A, a mid-century industrial factory repurposed for modern use; Building B, the Concrete Nest, a parking garage that stands independently; and Building C, the Glass Pavilion, which features both a restaurant and office spaces, all of which are carefully integrated into the natural landscape.
